What is the Consortium's project office?
This is a mechanism for designing and coordinating joint activities. It does not manage the participating organizations, but provides the project architecture: goals, roles, connections, stages, documents, decisions, execution control and interaction of the parties.
Why do we need a project office if the participants are independent?
It is the independence of the participants that requires a separate coordination mechanism. The project office creates common rules of work, synchronizes interests and actions, and reduces the risk that a complex project will break up into a set of unrelated tasks.
Who makes strategic decisions?
Strategic decisions are made within the framework of an agreed project management model. The project office prepares options, analyzes and coordinates execution, but the powers of the parties are determined by the agreements of a specific initiative.
How is the implementation of decisions monitored?
Through project plans, responsible persons, control points, regular reporting, risk management and recording of changes. For complex projects, digital design systems and AI tools can be used.
How does a project office work with several industries at the same time?
It divides the project into interconnected contours - technological, market, investment, legal, organizational and others - and then assembles them into a single architecture with consistent goals and interfaces.
How are AI and automation used?
AI can be used to analyze information, prepare decision options, monitor changes, work with project knowledge, automate reporting and support strategic management. Final management decisions remain with the responsible participants.
Is it possible to create a separate project office for a specific initiative?
Yes. For a large or international project, a separate project team and its own management loop can be formed, working within the general architecture of the Consortium.
