Who can participate in Consortium projects?

Companies, technology developers, manufacturers, universities and scientific organizations, investors, experts, government agencies, territories and international partners - if their competencies or resources are needed for a specific project.

Is it necessary to become a member of the entire Consortium?

Not necessarily. Interaction can be built around a specific project, task, technology or market. The format of participation is determined by the content of the project and is fixed by relevant agreements.

Can a commercial company participate?

Yes. A company can act as a project initiator, technology supplier, manufacturer, integrator, customer, operator, investor or go-to-market partner.

Can an individual developer or a small technology team participate?

Yes, if the development has practical potential and can be integrated into a project or product configuration. The project office helps determine the market, partners, pilot format and the further path of commercialization.

How do universities and scientific organizations participate?

They can provide development, expertise, scientific teams, research infrastructure, educational programs and participate in R&D, piloting and training.

How do investors participate?

An investor can enter into a specific project after its preliminary assessment and preparation of an investment model. The volume of participation, form of financing, rights and expected profitability are determined individually for each project.

Can government agencies and territories participate?

Yes. They can act as customers, partners, task owners, pilot sites, operators of territorial development or participants in complex infrastructure programs.

Can a foreign organization participate in the project?

Yes. The international model of the Consortium provides for the participation of organizations from different countries. Legal, financial and operational relations are built taking into account the requirements of specific jurisdictions.
